De UCI heeft de lijst met ProContinental teams voor 2012 bekend gemaakt. Project 1T4I is de enige Nederlandse ploeg op de lijst.

Aanvankelijk was Project 1T4I, de ploeg die Skil-Shimano vervangt in het peloton, kandidaat voor een ProTeam-licentie.
